This free Repeat Prescription Service is safe, easy, fast and conveniently takes the hassle out of ordering your repeat medications.

Who can use the Repeat Prescription Service?
The Health Plus Pharmacy repeat prescription collection and free delivery service, is available for anybody over the age of 18, and has a GP surgery in Cardiff & Pontypool.
How can I register to receive my repeat prescriptions online?
If you’re over the age of 18, simply register by downloading our Repeat Prescription Registration Form, print it, complete all areas in CAPITAL LETTERS and tick the appropriate boxes. Sign and date, and then either send it back via the post or by email , or pop it into your local Health Plus Pharmacy.
Does this Repeat Prescription Service cost anything?
Our Health Plus Pharmacy online repeat prescription service is completely free including delivery.
How long does it take to receive my medication?
We recommend that you should place your request for your repeat prescription 5-10 days before you need your medication to arrive. This allows time for your GP to authorise the prescription(s), and our Health Plus Pharmacy team to dispense and deliver your prescription to you.
We will send your prescription request to your GP. Once we’ve received your prescription, it can take several working days for us to dispense and then dispatch your medication. Deliveries will usually be made to your chosen address within 2-3 days.
Who delivers my medication?
We deliver your repeat prescription medicines in plain, discreet packaging via our reliable own in-house delivery men using a zero emissions vans. We will deliver your medication on the preferred day and time slot that you requested. delivered between Monday to Friday (12pm - 8pm).
Can another person collect my prescription?
Yes you can have another person to pick up your prescription, on your behalf. Its always best that you notify us to make us aware.
Is there a pharmacist available to answer any queries I may have?
Of course! Our pharmacists are always just a phone call or email away if you have a medication query or ever need help with managing your medication.
